Does time off include PCT ???

from what i have read and heard, most people recommend that at minimum, you should be off for the same time you were on, before starting a new cycle.

my question is does this include pct time?

like if i did a 10 week cycle, and followed it with a 3 week pct protocol, can i include that within those 10 weeks, or is it 10 weeks starting after PCT is finished.

    thanks

    10 + 3 = 13

13 weeks off, after end of PCT is thumbrule..

if u got extra loot, run blood tests, and have them test for TEST levels, and u can have better understanding if u're good to go or not.

A complete cycle is your gear plus pct...This is called time on..So if your cycle is 8 weeks and then 2 - 3 weeks wait before you start PCT and then PCT is 3-4 weeks you would have a total time on of approx 13-16 weeks..So time on equals time off... All you have to do is get your bloodwork done and if it's normal and you feel good, you can start another cycle..whether it was 1 day off or 300 days off.....I'm sure that what you really wanted to know.
