Whats up out there...I have been off the goodies for 2 years now but however have been lifting 5 days a week.. i am thinking about doing a 12 week cycle of dec 400mg aw.. and sust 500mg aw.. with 45mg d bol a day.. Do u guys think this is a good first cycle after 2 years? ...i would also like to know if i sould run som nov to keep the bloating down and prevent gyno. Thank u for any of your comments and advise.

from what i hear, HCG is amazing...i kno nothing about it yet...havent played with it....i ran clomid for my pct...maybe someone else can help you with the hcg

clomid is used for pct...nolva is used for during the cycle...best way to describe what it does....novla helps reduce the increase of estrogen, clomid brings back your natural testosterone levels .

lol alot of people ask....brass knuckles....um every pill is different, ive seen some pills that are 50mg of nolva...and my buddy takes those every other day....also...dbol is good, i used dbol with deca and test...for the first 4 weeks at 40mg..

personally I would run an AI along with the cycle instead of nolva as nolva could worsen decas progesterone related sides. Letro would be my choice (you can buy it from ARR) run it at .2mg ED.
I would shoot HCG during cycle at 500iu twice weekly. I would then shoot it at 500iu after last shot ED for 14 days.
