Wrong tablets!?Please HELP!

I've been looking for help all over the place but got zeroanswers!
I ordered clen but received BAMBEC (bambuterol hydrocloride) 10mg.They claimed it's "the same thing". I've been trying to do research but google gives zero info on how it is used other than for asthma although bambuterol is always quoted right next to clen in beta2 lists and on forbidden substances lists but can anybody tell me if it works the same way for fat loss???Can I take it and if so what's the dosage?I know it has a longer half life then clen but when clen comes in mcg this one is 10mg per tablet.I'll be greatful for any kind of info on how to use it!Thanks in advance...

it is not the same thing although both drugs belong to the same family. To be honest use of this compound for weightloss or BB is fairly rare so I would steer clear (although it may well be effective) and use something that is proven and dosages are well known. Take it back and order some liquid clen from ARR. I can vouch for there clen as im using it at the moment.
