How many mcg/day were you using? Are you sure the stuff was legit? Did you get a base temperature before you started and then take your temperature later on to see if it was getting elevated? T3 turns me into an inferno.

I got my stuff from lion.

I was running prop and eq for 14 weeks at 700mg a piece. for the first 6 weeks I ran t3.
I get to work at 630 so I took it at about 445. I started with split doses of 20mcg twice a day. second dose was at 11. I go to sleep at 930. I worked all the way up to 100mcg 2x times daily and nothing happened at all. never got warm, it was like I drank grape juice. 2 weeks later I started t4 at 100mcg twice a day at the same times. all that did was make me sluggish so I had to take hydroxycut with it to stay up.

    diet:
630am: oatmeal, 4 egg whites, occasional whole wheat toast

    900am: protein shake

    1130am: chicken breast and salad

330pm: chicken or beef, veggies of some sort

    630pm: protein shake

    830: chicken or beef

its not perfect but its all I can do and have time for.

I do empty stomach am cardio 30min, 2 or 3 times a week and lift 6 days a week. 40min cardio after lifting everyday. I walk fast or jog keeping heart rate at 127. help please

what were you expecting? The only thing I get with t3 or t4 is fat loss. I do not feel warm or get any sort of buzz. It is a thyroid hormone so does not make you feel like a stim would. Did you lose any fat?

Negative feebback has to do with the body's monitoring and adjusting for increases. This is not what you're discussing. You can check T3 effectiveness by measuring your temp. This is why taking the temp several times upon waking the week before administration to establish a baseline is so valuable.

everyone says that hey get really hot on t3. maybe not like clen but when ur body temp is up u can feel it. I lost no fat, actually gained a pound or two from water. I really don't understand, unless lion sells bogus shit what happened?

the reason I even mentioned negative feedback was because I figured that the reason I saw no results was due to my body not producing its own t3 and t4 and what I was taking just made it like normal again. I also read that the ratio of free roaming and protein bound t3 make a difference. I don't completely understand what that means but it sounds like the free t3 and 4 is what works to burn fat. is there a way for me to monitor whether not I have the ratio?

There is no water retention with T3, and you don't actually feel the temperature increase at all.

What else were/are you running, or changing?

I would stand by LIONS products 100%, in fact they are all I use for ancillaries. I am currently using his clen and t3 and can vouch for there effectiveness. I would suggest you didnt stick with a rigid diet and therefore you didnt get the results you were hoping for.

I don't know about that. I sure feel the temperature increase. My baseline is about 96.5 and when I take t3 I get up to 98-99 and I feel hot and sweat all day.

I'm not challenging lions shit, I'm just bewildered. I don't want this to be about lion though. any advice?

the diet looks weak to me, not enough carbs, wheres the fat. im on 500mg of test cyp right now with 1grain of thyroid a day. im cutting and the weight is literally falling off me. i just cut out cardio because i feel im losing it too fast. anyway ive got my diet posted inthe members cycle results under bpm1 cutting cycle, check it out and i think youll see a difference in the 2 diets. also you could use it as a baseline youd probably need a few more cals beacause u are bigger than me, but its a great place to start.

First thing I noticed was total lack of EFAs which will not help if fat loss is your aim. Also I would need to see macros and cals to make an assessment.
