    Want to try steroids for first time..what would you recommend

    I'm new to the whole steroid topic and would like to try them. I lift everyday monday-friday. I am currently about 5'11 and 180 pounds. I do not want to inject so oral steroids are the only option for me. Are there any orals out there that will increase mass and strength and the gains will also mostly stay after the cycle is over? Or am i just wasting my time looking at orals? What would ya'll recommend?

    I think you need to read a bit more before jumping on them, Oral only arent really advised but It seems like alot of people do them anyway, apparently everyone that wants to be a big bad a$$ is scared of a little old needle, I dunno you got me on why that is??? Anyway, do some research on Tbol and Dbol, but all in all I think your going to find that Oral only aren't really your best bet. Just my .02 Not that orals are bad, just best incorporated with injectables! Peace

    Not scared of needles just dont see the purpose if I dont need them. Also it would be a pain in the ass to try to find needles to use for injections. I was thinking of trying a quick 6 week cycle to get some faster gains but if oral steroids dont work that well I will just keep hitting the gym without them. Don't want to do them if I'm going to lose my gains after I stop taking them. Anyone had any experience with oral only cycle?

    What if someone said you would need them for good lasting gains, would you use them or just forget about cycling? If you want a fast 8 week cycle Test Prop with Tbol would be a good cycle, if you dont mind injecting everyday. Otherwise, just change your diet and keep hitting it naturally, if your diets not spot on you'll probably make better gains just off changing that! Good luck

    There is no such thing as a "good" oral only cycle. In my opinion and probably 99% of everyone on this forum you need to stack an oral with an injectable. If you don't want frequent injects get some test enanthate and stack it with some dbol for a nice jumpstart.

    You kinda just shut the door on yourself. Your natural test is probably pretty high right now, also unless your satisfied with your height thats another reason to hold off.

    If needles are the only way to keep the gain then I would be willing to try them. I'm pretty sure that im done growing as I've been the same height for a couple years now.

    ive done 3 weeks on stanozolol and didnt really see much but i got cut and the little gains i got were rock solid...it seems like i got most of my gains right as the cycle was ending. i am currentlly finishing up a 6 wk t-bol only cycle with good gains but nothing insane...Ive gained about 12 pounds in 5weeks then hit a plateu. noticed more strength than mass

    What age should you start steroids at? What does my weight and height have to do with anything? Also I have read information on numerous sites but wanted to get actual feedback. Not trying to be a smart ass just trying to learn information from people that have already been through it. Thanks for all the info everyone. Thanks for the welcome as well.

    I'm living on campus at college so I dont have a great meal plan. Typically I eat breakfast around 9:30 and my breakfast consists of eggs and a bowl of cereal. Lunch is around 12 and consists of a Deli Sandwhich, yogurt, fruit and a protein shake. Dinner changes daily but since the food here sucks mostly pasta. As for my workout routine on Mondays and Fridays I do Chest and Biceps, Tuesdays and Thursdays are legs and back days and wednesdays I do triceps and shoulders. I run 2 miles on saturdays and tuesdays as well on the indoor track.

    dont worry about AS for now from what you said you eat thats nowhere near enough food for the whole day. you need at least another 3-4meals in there, see how that goes for 6 months while then your still researching and growing without AS

    Your diet and workout routine both suck big time. Iwith proper diet and routine you could add ALOT more muscle without any gear at all. You dont need steroids, you need knowledge. Do some reading. In fact start with the "things to consider" FAQ in my sig.

    as far as ht/wt, it tells me you've got a lot of room to grow. 190 at 6ft is pretty lean. Basically it tells me how much of a base you've got.

    At what age? Not 19, hell the highest levels you'll ever have naturally just happened when you turned 18, why not using those to grow with. I mean your on natures best steroid right now!!!!!!

    I dont care what most say about orals my very first cycle was orals and I had great results but that was a long long time ago lol I did my first cycle right around your age and I regreat It and wished I would have waited longer And got more Info hang around the site gain some AS knowlege and reach your natural potential eat and hitting the gym hard.

    bro this sums it up, diet, diet, diet, diet, diet........and after you are rock solid for along time on it, and lift consistantly, and you no longer can make gains, then think about AS. juice is not magic, it really isnt what you think. juice w/out diet = nothing! at the least, nothing you are going to keep! you are on the right track man ,ask questions, search the forum like a mofo, and youll be leagues ahead of those going it alone, GL and welcome to ar

    Its not letting me look at peoples profiles for some reason. What would you recommend for a workout routine? I got this workout from a college football coach and my bench has gone from 155 during the summer to 215 as of right now. As for the diet theres really nothing I can do as I dont have a car on campus so I am pretty much stuck with the food they have (not exactly healthy at college).

    If you are training specifically for football then the training makes a lot more sense, if you are looking to improve physique rather than bench numbers then it still sucks. The first place I would look if I were you is the diet Forum. Without good diet you will NEVER achieve maximum strength and size gains, Diet is THE most important factor. Check out the "bulking sticky" in the diet forum for a basic idea.
    As for training I would change to a 4-5 day classic split if you are looking to build muscle
    something like

    mon chest + tris + abs
    tues back + bis
    OFF
    Thurs shoulders + abs
    Friday legs
    OFF
    OFF
    30 mins cardio daily just for general good health.

    PB thanks for all your help. Im going to try the training schedule that you just gave me and see how it works. My wednesdays are pretty packed at school anyways so having wedsnesday off will be great. The diet is going to be the hardest part but school gets out the beginning of may so over the summer it will be much easier to do. Once again thanks man.
