hey guys this is my first message just wana ask any of you from south wales and gonna go back on the gear been on naps b4 for a little while but thinking of getting back into it dunno what to get thinkig of getting blue hearts but can any of u reccomend any thing

as for your question im not that experienced myself so cant really give you much advice but ive noticed a lot of people start off taking d-bol
