Prostatitis

Sometimes when I urinate I get alittle pain in the area between my anus and scrotum. It usually happens the first time I take a leak after I've cum and even sometimes when I take a bump.

From what I've read while searching online, Prostatitis is what it sounds like it could be. I'm 38 also

Prostate problems are usually common for guys much older than you are, but still its not impossible so u have to see a urologist because prostate infections or inflammations require an extended course of anti biotics.
