Im shooting 4 times a week.
Sunday: test e
monday: b12
wednesday:test e
thursday: b12
now, i only use my delts and my glutes. i hate the quads- too many nerves.
im asking if im not building up too much scar tissue that way.
oh and btw, lets say i did a Prop+EQ cycle- nothing crazy, common 500-600mg per week cycles. are glutes and delts enough for it ? (im dropping b12)
