To answer that question could lead to newbies getting the wrong idea..So I'll pass on your question

i decided to be ignorant. But being knowingly ignorant, doesnt that somehow negate the ignorance or make it worse. I'm thinking the latter is true

Flame away, but I dont think 2 months after pct is a taboo. Id bet that many many ppl on this board have jumped way sooner.

I might be a few weeks shy of the required time off for my next cycle. But if all systems are go then I will do it. If there are problems, or am not feeling normal again I will wait longer.

Not getting bloodwork as often as possible is pretty reckless but I myself have to unfortunately admit to being so ignorant at times......

my shortest period break was 3 weeks. This was the pause between the bulk and cutting phase.

It is no doubt a funtion of my being young and thinking im invincible or something. I KNOW i should be getting bloodwork and I advise anyone who asks that they should get it done. I dont know where to go get it done but I admittedly havent researched it at all.

yes maybe they have but it would be a good idea to get your bloodwork done before venturing with this idea............

ok good cuz i've only been off roughly 1.5 months but my blood came back all normal within a month and i paln on jumpin on in a couple weeks but i was repeatedly told that was stupid etc because of saturated receptors and that my body needs time to recover but like i said i dont know how you can be any more recovered than perfect blood levels.....

To many of you think cycling is the answer to all your BIG dreams, you should put more into your diet and training program and stop relying on AAS all the time.

The time off inbetween cycles is vital for maintaining a healthy body and mind, concentrate on holding and maintaining what you have achieved while you was on cycle and keep motivated and dedicated while OFF.

Well I agree with you 100% and my dedication is there. I have also learned volumes about perfecting my diet and working on my weak points.

However, the test is just soooooooo nice.

Test is good but to many focus way to much on its use rather than perfecting their diets and training program

i most of us understand that AAS is worthless w/o proper diet/training/recovery in place. I look at AAS like a supercharger, if your running a pinto on lawnmower fuel and put a supercharger on it, its still a pinto.

Yea i bet the same thing with alot of newbies. but If you want to be safe a little saying i was told when i first started was take as much time off as you where on. meaning dont be an idiot and want to gain that 5 pounds you lost in water weight wait and let your blood work tell you if you ok or not. you man feel fine now but how about in like 10-15 years...hope i helped
