    Curious Question

    Im on Sus 250 at the moment. Ive been on it for 2 weeks. Eating at least 100 grams of protein a day. Drinking about a gallon of water a day. Training about 5 days a week. Just checking if if routine is good for sus. I will be using clomid and seeing if thats enought for only 10 shots of sus. Small cycle so wondering if ill be ok?

    The routine who really knows? what are you training on those 5 days? whats your split?

    Your training maybe on point, but your diet looks like crap to me

    chest, shoulders, back, legs , bis and tris... what do you suggest a good diet is? ive been meaning to ask someone on here for that.

    becasue your diet looks like crap, you have been only training for a year.

    in my opinion you have alot of room to grow with out aas. But if your not planning to get off then fix your diet..

    real fast

    meal1 eggs and oatmeal

    meal2 tuna

    meal 3 chicken and rice

    meal 4 protein shake peanut butter

    meal 5 another can of tuna with mayo

    meal 6 big meal of the day,i switch it up

    and yes i do have potental of gettin much bigger without it. but why not use it now when i can get alot bigger. and i dont think i need to get off it, i think im doin everything right except my diet which is y im askin

    While your on the AAS you should up the protein to at least 300grams a day and total calories to 3,000 and up
