Hi everyone-
I'm 20 years old, 5'10" 170lbs, work out almost everyday, swim every other day. I'm not on a diet but I eat fairly healthy. I have very low body fat, and am in good athletic shape. I'm not aiming to become a bodybuilder, but I want to put on a larger amount of weight and some definition. I have tried all kinds of creatine, nitric's, and other things and nothing seems to make any difference. I want to try some Deca 300. I've done some research and am aware that I'll need to do low doses, probably 150mg's I'm gonna guess. I've already read up that people think juicing sub-21 years old is a bad idea, and I know about PCT.
Basically my question is what dose you guys recommend? And what is the best cycle to do? Tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
