    20 year old with questions

    Hi everyone-

    I'm 20 years old, 5'10" 170lbs, work out almost everyday, swim every other day. I'm not on a diet but I eat fairly healthy. I have very low body fat, and am in good athletic shape. I'm not aiming to become a bodybuilder, but I want to put on a larger amount of weight and some definition. I have tried all kinds of creatine, nitric's, and other things and nothing seems to make any difference. I want to try some Deca 300. I've done some research and am aware that I'll need to do low doses, probably 150mg's I'm gonna guess. I've already read up that people think juicing sub-21 years old is a bad idea, and I know about PCT.

    Basically my question is what dose you guys recommend? And what is the best cycle to do? Tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

    so you only want to do a deca cycle???? if so then bro you haven't done any research


    do you know what the newbie cycle is roughly at all?

    I’d like to say your to young but I did my first cycle at age 20. Most people on the board will tell you to use a signal compound cycle for your first cycle and that’s NOT going to be decca. I would recommend running Tes only at 200mg a week for 8 weeks and read about PCT AGAIN.

    I know you're not trying to "flame on me", I know enough to take test with my deca (like 200mgs i've read?)

    My friends who are considering told me the "newbie cycle" is an injection every week? 150-200mgs

    so do we think Tes @ 200mgs a week is a better idea?

    no test at 200mg is very very low.. i would never reccomedn that.. i'm not worried about your age.. if you think you are ready then it's down to you...

    i'm 20 too

    for a first cycle run this

    1-12 test E @500mg/w
    then PCT

    2 shots evvery 3.5 i think

    leave the deca for a 2nd cycle.. one compound is enough and to see how you react to this

    200mg a week I think is too low, 400-500mg a week of Test E would be ideal for a newbie cycle.

    you don't NEED 500mg a week of test. 250-300 a week will give you excellent results. And forget about deca.

    dude.... you will get huge off of 8-10 wks 300mg test.... real huge, to the point where everyone you know is going to ask you about juicing! trust me!
    you better be ready to work hard, and know what you are doing as far as diet.
    oh one more thing don't be dumb and run around in the gym with a cut off, if you don't want people to know b/c they will. especially early in your cycle b/c then people will see how much you have changed in such a short amount of time! just tryin to help know what it is like to cycle at a young age!
