    Is Gyno temporary?

I know that the shrinking of deeeeeez nutz is temporary, what about gyno?
And I mean naturaly temporary, without the use of anti-estrogen type prevantatives and/or cures.

gyno can be removed through surgery. Possibly reversed by the use of letro.

Everyone is different. Some people are extremely sensitive and others are not. All depends. As long as you have an anti estrogen on hand you should be fine.

What are you thinking about using as your first cycle? Also welcome to the board. Make sure you do tons of research before you think about starting a cycle.

I was originally only wanting to try my first cycle using orals, basically because I didn't like the idea of injecting.

If I was to try orals, I would probably try wither winnies or anavar, leaning towards anavar. But at the same time my PT mate said that anavar is best stacked with something else.

But I'm beginning to ease up to the idea of injecting now, and am currently looking into Sustanon 250, as that is what my buddy suggested is a god one with little aromatization. So currently reading a few articles on this little sucker. And it seems I only have to inject about once every week to 10 days, so thats ok, I did that once before with my allergin injections to fight alergies, so thats ok :P

you had Any personal experinece with Sustanon?

I personally prefer test enanthate to sustanon simply because I feel in my personal experience that it needs to be injected more often because of the different esters. Although, I did do a cycle of omnadren, injecting twice a week and was extremely happy with it.

If you run sustanon, in my opinion you should inject it at least twice weekly. Injecting is not bad at all. The first time sucks as you don't really know what you are doing, but after awhile it becomes second nature.

You are not ready to cycle. You are 5'10 and weight 160lbs. You need to learn how to grow with a proper nutritional and training program.

When I first started training, I was 5'10 and weight 58kg if that. You really don't understand how skinny I was compared to what I am now. I've hit a massive plataue recently (past few months) and looking to get past it. I've been training for about 2.5 years now, haven't hit a plataue like this before. Tried upping my calorie intake and all, just pretty much stopped growing.

And it's not like I haven't been eating properly. my program and diet was written out by a competitive bb, who does use the juice and knows his shit.

    Thanks for the concern though.

It is temporary, yes. Its not permanent, as surgery and lypo can remove it. Though expensive.

Copius amounts of tuna, chicken, steak, cottage cheese, brown rice, smoked salmon if its on hand, pasta. Then any green leafy veggie i can get my hands on, potatoes, sweet potatoes. Supplement 50/50 Mass Gainer shake 2 to 3 times a day, currently off a creatine cycle, couple tribulus caps a day. And bulk water. That's what I eat intentionally to grow, but there's always other bits and pieces of fruit and OJ and normal everyday food in there as well.

He gave it to me months upon months ago, basically with his conclusion "I dont calorie count, and you dont need a rigid diet, just make sure you eat shitloads of what I've written here, even hen you're not hungry." And so I have. I used to calorie count, but now I just know how much I eat, and then eat more.

I was probably a little bit defensive when I said it was written by a comp bb, so probably made it sound as if it's the best diet ever. Expecting burns for that :P

Don't get me wrong though, the diet has def worked. I'm sure I could find a before and after photo if you really wanted, but I'm not really into the whole photos-of-myself thing. Meh.

    Happy to take suggestions.

    I asked about Gyno

I asked about Gyno - Not about diet. On top of that, I did state that I was happy to take suggestions on my diet. Thanks for the helpful attitude though, really insightful.

Download the following scientific document on gyno, it outlines both the hormonal cause of gyno and the effectiveness of three types of non surgical treatment.

    http://www.endotext.org/male/male14/maleframe14.htm

If you have ductal growth and aveolar development I don't think that will go away on its own, so I would say it is permanent without active intervention of some sort.

dont mind them dood, bear in mind most of them are on roids right now and a tad aggressive.

Depending on the stage of the gyno, if its still early you take letro and it reverses it. if you are far off and have a nice c cup you will have to get surgery. (unless u like c cups that is )
