It is a 10ml bottle-300mg per ml,. My diet right now is approximately 3100 calories, 260-300 grams protein, 300-400 carbohydrates, 60-70 grams of fat, over 6-8 meals per day. Protein comes from chicken, eggs, whey, casein, skim milk, sirloin steak (once or twice per day)-I can't stand fish. Carbohydrates come from, oatmeal, yams, some veges but not much, whole wheat noodles (2-2 1/2 oz), 24 oz. gatorade (post-workout w/ whey) and for fats just from the meals except twice per day I have 1 flaxseed oil and 1 fish oil capsules. Occasionally some natural peanut butter. I will up my calories once I start to approx. 3500-3800 and go from there. I lift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and do cardio either first thing in the morning or after I lift for approx. 20-30 minutes. Any other info needed let me know.. Thanks guys
take 1/2 a cc on sunday morning and 1/2 on wednesday night. Up your cal's no more than 500 a week as needed. Keep idex on hand just incase you bloat. But with 300mg a week, you'll see some great keepable lean gains with proper pct. Trust me
Hey Testisbest, I may do 50mg of winnie every other day starting a few weeks into this cycle. Would that make sense to you? That is what I was told to do by a friend. Thanks in advance.
sorry mate but we cannot tel youhow much yo are going to gain off of whtver compound,we can give you a guidline but there are variuouse other things to consider other than AAS...........
diet rest and training all come into he equation..............
what some one gains himself may not be what you gain off the same compound................

Ok, so your BMR is ~2724 calories. This means you need at least this many cals ed to sustain your body weight. So, 3400-3800 cals sounds good. If you can get in 4000 ed, even better. The foods your eating look good to. Research diet more. It is so KEY!!!! Oh, make sure your getting 1 1/2 to 2 grms of protein per pound of body weight.Originally Posted by roadblock2
