    Smile newbie trying to plan first cycle. please help

    I am a total newbie. I am trying to plan out my first cycly, and need all of the information I can rrecieve. I have been doing a lot of research, and I am still a little confused.
    I am 30 yers. old. I weigh 190 lbs. I am 6' 1". I work out 3-5 times a week. I have pretty cut up, but I have problems putting on mass. My goal is to bulk up. I am into mixed martial arts, so I am in classes four times a week in addition to working out. My goal is to pack on a minimum of 30 pounds. I know I need to eat a lot more consistently. But I have seen several bulking diets, and I am unsure which to follow. I am very lean, and it seems no matter how much I eat, it does not affec my weight. MY body fat is around 8-10% tops. Please do not flame me up, I am just trying to get some advice from someone other than my work-out buddies, so this forum is a blessing. Which aas ahould I take for a first time cycle that is intended for bulking. If anyone want to email; me, they can do so at [email protected].

    You need to fix your diet and try to put on a little more mass before cycling. If you start right now and aren't eating properly then you will not make the gains you are looking for. What you want will also take time, 30 pounds of lean mass is a lot!

    For now get your diet and training on track and once you are able to pack on another 10-15 pounds then you can consider aas.

    have you tried supplements like creatine ?

    yes I work for Gemini, no I have not tried any supplements like creatine. So I need to pack on 10-15 more pounds before attempting a cycle?? How would creatine help? And sorry I meant to say the minimum of 20 pounds...lol...that was a typo. How do I know which bulking diet to go with, because I obviously have an extremely high metabolism. WHat combo would be best for a first cycle. And what dosage?? Questions, questions, questions. All responses are greatly sppreciated. Thanx in advance

    check out the diet forum, try some creatine and deffinatly have a protein shake ed, make your way up to 200-205lbs, then consider a test only cycle and have a pct planned out before you start

    I agree bro, if you use aas without a sound diet then you will lose whatever you may gain from the aas when you come off. You'll be shocked how much a diet could help bro. When you have that dialed in and do use aas you will make a lot better gains as well as keep a lot more of it.
