how bad is it to only inject in your glutes. One time my buddy hit something in my arm and omg never again will I inject anywhere but my ass lol. My last cycle of 15 weeks eq and test shot 2 times a week all went in my ass. My next cycle is coming up and i was wondering if doing the same injection sites would be a bad idea. my last cycle ended last june.

Bro,just be careful for scar tissue....feel around and make sure you feel soft spots....but rotating sites are best to avoid problems.

Anytime you break in in virgin muscle it will smart for a few days. Especially with smaller muscles. I've found my delts and quads take it pretty well after the initial break in. This last week I started to hit my my pecs and lats.

I've only let somebody else shoot me once when I had an arm injury. Never again -he must have thought he was Captain Ahab and I the great whale. I swear he tried to harpoon me. My delt was sore for days and it had already been broken in.


You can get away with only two sites if you only use long esters but really rotaion is the way to go.

Next time give it yourself..Delts shots are easily done by yourself..You friend may have hit a nerve..Hell I get close to one every once in a while when doing Quads and jes they sting for a while...You won't die from a little pain.....LOL
