    trenbolone enanthate and fat loss

    ok ill start explaining my situation :

    1.I cant train proper (only 2 times a week)
    2.diet is not good beacuse im most of the time at school or working

    i want to know if a weekly dose of about 250mg tren enanthate will help me keep my strength and also lose some fat ?

    and also if u have any suggestions about weight lose stuff that can help...
    im starting to think about dnp which i always thought ill never use.

    You should not be using any compounds at all because
    1. you arent traing properly
    2. your diet is not good.

    No drugs will make up for these two factors. The only thing you can do is

    1. train properly
    2. sort your diet out. And dont whine and winge about "im too busy, im at school blah blah... I have 2 jobs plus I train and i have a family yet i can still cook some food and put it in tupperware pots for the week ahead. You sound lazy.

    PB is right man. I know he didn't put it in the nicest terms, but if you don't have a good diet and training regimen AAS are pointless. DNP is especially a bad idea if these two things are not in order. Its a dangerous compound when it isn't used properly. My suggestion would be to make time to outline a proper diet and figure out a beneficial training routine to fit your schedule. As for Tren E or any Tren for that matter, it is one of, if not the most, potent steroids. If you are going to run a one compound cycle, Test is your best bet. But I wouldn't even consider that until diet and training were in order. Read up on the steroid profiles and check out the diet forum.

    you being at school/work all the time is not an excuse to not eat healthy....i work fulltime and go to school fulltime, some how i manage... pack your lunch, its easy, takes little time...get a gallon jug, fill it with water carry it around....now your 2 times a week your gonna need to do something...go early in the morning before school/work...atleast 4 days a week you should train...i think you have potential to get to your goals...but your not willing to.

    Got a problem with the truth huh?
    You should apologize to PB2001 he was just watching out for you.

    I don't recomend this but if your diet sucked and you worked out regulary at least you would get bigger. This is assuming by bad diet you mean you eat, but eat crap because your on the run. That is a health problem in and of itself.
    Bad diet + bad training + low dose = poor results with possible acceleration of health risks. Not worth it bro.

    By the way tren by itself is a stupid idea, unless ofcourse you play for the other team and only play one position - catcher.
