Letro Question???

Hey..i jst got my letro in form a-r that i am going to throw in on my deca test dbol cycle...can anyone tell me about how much i should use? And do i jst spray it in my mouth? or under my tounge? Some one said .2mg a day but the spray is 2.5...how do i measure that out?

1 spray is approx 0.25mg, in mouth is sufficient

Grab an oral syringe..I dont trust a pump..

It might over spray or under spray. Personally I like the pumps, but a lot of people dont. I think it makes it easier to use and more convenint. And if I feel like I haven't been getting enough I'll take an extra spray.
