experienced clen users

question, i have gotton some clen but was just wondering the best way to use it as a few sources have told me to take it for 6 weeks on the 6 weeks off, others have said 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and others have said 2 days on and 2 days off, which cycle would be most effective? i also plan on stacking the clen with a 6 week cycle of winstrol . any advice? thanks dave

when you mention benadryl is this the same stuff people use for hayfever? also what dosage of benadryl is effective? i know it should be taken every third week, any info?

i run clen continous for 6 weeks straight,start at 100mcg daily and work up to 150mcg daily,combined with cardio ed and a super strict diet and rip up

i started clen last tuesday ive been ramping up to a full cc/100mcg per ml taking taurine 4g's ed and 1.5-2 gallons of water a day feeling good though sweating bad shaking a bit but to so bad to stop ill go another 7 days then lower the dose to about half and take the benadryl 50mg each night before bed also as of today i took half a cc this morn and another half around lunch anyone know the pros and cons of taking with or without food i noticed my stomach got upset a bit but it passed quickly and ive been using asprin for the headaches

don't do 2 weeks on 2 off. Use it continuosly untill you dont feel it's working anymore. Which for me was around the 6th week. than take a few weeks off and eventually go back.
