Nothing personal but 200 mg of primo a week is a bridge dosage for most people. I am not sure how much winny you have so it is kind of hard to help you there. The winny needs to be taken ED or EOD. I would suggest you plan your next cycle out a little further in advance and get some feedback to make things go a little smoother.
