is there a reason why you're only doing the shots twice a week? you might get better results going every other day, take advantage of the4 short acting esters. and most of the time you will get less sides.

that happens, it will eventually dissipate. No need to worry. Make sure you massage the site after injecting.

I'm no roid guru, but from what I've read it's possibly a little bit of scar tissue, or possibly just injecting too fast. Even if you think you're going slow, try going even slower :P

a good tip I was told from a RN was to just massage the site lightly... its not how hard you rub it, its the heat you make with your hand that helps the blood flow... also try laying on a heating pad, etc after having a bad or uncomfortable shot... hope this helped somewhat

Agree with all. Sus seems to like causing lumps. Does for me and I inject very slowly. I have gotten in the habit of massaging for 10-20 minutes after each injection. The body WANTS to remove the substance and will absorb it, but at times the medication pools and becomes difficult for the body to do its thing. Massage and spread. This will provide a greater surface area for absorbtion.

What size pin are you using? Are you using a fresh one for EVERY injection? are you sanitizing the injection site?
If the lump is warm to the touch it could be an infection if it does not go away soon you need to see a doctor.
Additionally it could be a reaction to the testosterone propianate that is in sustanon . Many people have a painful reaction EVERY time they use propianate(reports of it feeling like a "gunshot wound" with every injection)

My rule of thumb for an abscess:
If it is 2 or more:
1) unusually Red or pink
2) warm or hot to the touch
3) gradually growing
It is infected and requires antibiotics and/or professional medical attention.
Other wise it maybe a sterile abscess.
When I've had these in my glutes they usually go away on their own. They can be come fairly large and dense and take several weeks to go away. When they have developed in the glute I have been able to workout relatively normally. Do not reinject into this area until it has had time to recover.
The only other place where I've had one is in my right pec. This has been different from the one in my glute as trying to work the pecs has been painful and aggravated the condition - increased swelling. It may be due to the fact that my right pec was virgin muscle prior to the abscess or because my pec is smaller then my glute.
Once you have had one or two of each type they are easy to recognize, if you get them frequenlty you should reevaluate your injection protocol or the compounds you are using.

i NEVER jab in my glutes, not sure why some kind of unreasonable fear. Quads and delts all the way, little to no trouble at all, no fat to get through
