Hay,
Just registered, wanted to say Hello to all. 21 from Manchester/UK, weighting a slimish 134lbs, been doing weights since last January. Only gained a little, looking to try out some steroids to see if i can pump my weight to 180+lbs.
Been thinking about getting Dianabol as ive never taken steroids before, reason being, i'm a little scepticle about the fact that my testicles might shrink... I love my testicles man!
People have told me i should take Anadrol 50, coz its helped them to get big, but after reading about them on the internet i dont think its really for a novice?
I was hoping someone could help me out with a product i could take where i would only have to take that one to keep the my gains? Alot of steroids ive been told need to be taken with other stuff like, testosterone or sustanon 250 for a couple of weeks to keep the strengh up.
Well thats all then folks... Any bright and sparkling idea's from anyone?

Check out the diet and training sections before thinking about juicing. Definitely will help put some meat on before coming to the dark side. Make sure you do tons of research here. I researched for months before taking the leap.

Hay,
Thanks for showing me that diet page, just looking at the chart makes me think why i havent gained alot. I really dont have time to sit around and eat 4 or 5 meals a day. Even though i thought it was 7 meals a day to get massive gains.
I can barely have 3 meals a day, that on my day off. Working days in making do with 2 meals.

Yeah it's hard, but you need to eat to gain on cycle as well. Steroids aren't a miracle worker. Diet is the first thing that has to be achieved or you will be dissappointed with your results.
I work long hours too. The key is packing your meals and taking them with you. That way you will ensure you are eating enough and eating right.

I have tried Protein Drinks which i rather like, the ones that dont have a flavour. I usually take it with Milk which your not supose to but i can drink milk. Ive found i have quiet a bit more energy when i drink them through the day.
I have also tried Creatine drinks which i really dont like, i have a LA Muscle tub at home. Mixed Fruit, i find that very dry to the mouth. Been taking it with water and it really doesnt go down.
If i dont take creatine supplement or protien would that give me a less chance of having a better increase of mass?

You need to get right with your diet, train for 5 years then consider a cycle. Steroids aren't for the novice trainer and they aren't the quick fix. If you start a cycle and your diet isn't right you have wasted your time and gear. In addition Anadrol50 is one of the highest for hepatoxicity. That said, how many calories are you eating a day? Let's get your diet right and I think you'll start seeing the gains that you want.
