hi guys just wanted 2 pop in and say hi,and ask a quick question,when training shoulders(seated or standing flys)i get this nasty shooting pain in my right trap
does anyone else get the same prob,its been like it for ages

Well i guess you didnt read the rules because you broke some of them. People will not give you sources for gear here and its against the rules. I would edit your post before a mod sees it.

Stick around, read, and you never know what you might stumble upon. After your here for a while and get enough posts, you can do a source CHECK to make sure you dont get burnt. Oh and from you posting this you will probably get a few PM's, probably scammers.
