    Another tiredness thread..

My previous cycles have included cyp & prop and I have never felt drousy.
My current cycle is 500mg test e & 400mg Deca EW.
I am also on 1mg of letro ED. Just tapering down from 2.5mg gyno reversal.

I know low estrogen levels can cause tirdness but i mean im proper dead at about 4pm and need to sleep. Today I went for a snooze at 4pm and slept till 9pm! Missed gym, i was that tired.

I been having to take caffeine and taurine to make me more alert for my training sessions!

    Any advice guys?

hey well im brand new to this forum but i have done a few cycles and blah blah blah. anyways i encoutered this same problem once and i countered by taking it a little easier on the weights and upping my cardio. as a hockey player i can tell you that you can be the strongest mofo alive and its not going to do shit for making u a better player. because in hockey u need strong lungs, heart, and respiratory system to have the energy to bring it. same in life, if you are focusing all of your energy purely on building your musculatory system and not keeping your heart, lungs, etc strong youre energy levels will plummit. roids make u look strong on the outside but that doesnt mean you are strong on the inside. anyways thats what i would try, up the cardio for a bit. it helped me a ton
