Letro clarification

An effective dose of Letrozole is .25-.5mg/day (I use .25mgs/day), but be forewarned, if you go over that amount, it can kill your sex drive. Also worth noting is that there's a rebound effect on your estrogen when you come off Letrozol. Maximum inhibition of the aromatase enzyme has been found to happen at doses as low as 100mcg!

But to AR-R they sell it at a concentration of 2.5mg/mL
Isn't this !10! times the dose reccomended in the profile?

Then don't take the full mL. If you want 0.25mg, just take 1/10 ml.

Either use a 1ml syringe and draw up to the 0.1 cc/ml mark, or use the pump that comes with the Letro from ar-r. 1 pump = 0.1ml.

I believe 1 spray of the ar letro is 1/10 of a ml = .25mg. 2 sprays is 2/10 of a ml = .5mg an so on....
