Okay, I've never done AS before, but am currently researching it to see if it's for me. I want to know everything about AS before I dive into it. I know everyone likes posting thier stats on here, so I'm asking for more. I'de like to know how much weight people gained on thier first cycle. Also, what their bench, squat, and deadlift were before and after. I realize there are many different cycles, and also that people react to them differently, but I'm just curious as to what the average would be close to.
