    just got wisdom teeth out need suggestion

    hey bros i just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and i lifted the day before that... the question is should i lift today or wait till monday when the gym opens again ???

    i suppose i can but i feel like shit when i dont lift that would be 3 days off thats not to good for a cycle

    You should wait a while. Let the holes in your mouth heal a bit before you do anything strenuous because it could cause them to start bleeding again.

    My advice...

    a couple days off won't hurt.

    I would say rest but depends how you feel sleep all day and find a 24hour gym for a late nighter but missing 3 days wont kill you man

    alrite i just didnt want to mess up my cycle though i mean im still takin my gear just didnt want to hinder any possible gains

    Yeah even if you feel okay you'll still bleed everywhere. The doc warned me and I helped by brother carry a butchers block, needless to say I was dripping blood.

    WAIT....I didnt i benched the next day ripped them open on got some medical word i forgot..had to drill them and my right got swollen and i looked like a sqirell with acorns in the right side of my mouth...

    i say u should wait because all the presure u do when pushing may cause it to bleed and your gonna feel like shit. trust me. u mite come back even stronger but i now what u mean when you dont go to the gym feeling like shit.
