    Need Help

    Hi all, just joined this site. I met my girlfriend 2 yrs ago and since have become a lazy pos!!! I finally looked at myself in the mirror and decided that i didnt want to see that version of myself anymore. I went from a lean 185pnds to a overweight, pudgey 205pnds with bitch tits. A buddy of mine recommended me to take a cycle of Decca and Winstroll to help me shed the fat. I really want to get the chizzled look that i had before, well even better if possible. I need to find something that will shed that unwanted fat and help me tone all this gross shit around my torso. I have never taken anything more than protein shakes, stackers, hydroxy-cut, u know stupid little things like that. The hydroxy-cut definately worked, lost 20 pnds in a little over 2 months, but took with that weight some of my muscle mass and gave me the shakes. So keep that in mind before suggesting something crazy for me to take. I really want to look good seeing that summer is right around the corner so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Bro your buddy is giving you shit ass advice. That cycle without test will make your dick limp. Your girlfriend will not be pleased. Do yourself a favour
    work on diet first and at the same time train. While you are doing that research the links below that I copied them from previous a post. The research will take time. Please don't end up as one of the posters that is begging for help because now they have gyno or a limp dick yet insist they have researched their ass off.


    There are plenty of people willing to help, especially if you show some effort.
    Usually the effort is easily spotted in the type of question asked. Right now you are very low on the effort scale.

    All of the links I referred to are from this site. Go to other BB/AAS sites and read up there as well. Yes it is a lot of information but my saying is if you want to play doctor with a syringe you better learn to play doctor with the books first.
    Hands down injectables are better for you then orals, and no injecting one self with steroids is not the same thing morally or ethically as using heroin, morphine, or something else. The way you are looking at injections is all wrong, it is like you are saying "My brother is a drunk driver therefore I will not drive because it reminds me of him being drunk." Injections are just another way of administering a compound, what you chose to inject is another matter.

    Sorry New to this....

    Honestly like i said, ive never done anything like this before. Just stuck to the diet and excersize, so was just asking advice from people that know this shit first hand. Anyways, Im 24 6' tall and 205 pnds. Not really sure what my body fat% is though, but im sure its not the greatest right now ;-)

    Get your body fat checked. You can drop 20lbs with a good diet plan and cardio 5 days a week. Get your diet in order 1st. Do some research, go to the diet forums. After you have researched and researched, research some more. What has your training been like?

    you can easily diet down to 185 without use of steroid. You should be in peak performance shape BEFORE you inject yourself. Why would you put high octane fuel in a pinto? When the high octane runs out, you're still left with a pinto.

    Makes sense, love the metaphor lol. yeah i wasnt really planning on taking anything till i had enough knowledge about the subject. I just started lifting again a week ago, so really i have just been doing alot of cardio to lose a few pounds. Working with light weights to get myself back into it...doing nothing to overexert myself.

    Thanks for the links Panther, ill start looking into them so i dont make as much a fool of myself next time i come here to ask questions lol....Anyone with a workout regimine that works well, im open for ideas, so please help if possible...keep in mind that i want to tone myself, not add bulk, i like the size i am, just want to be ripped!

    When doing cardio try switching it up. If you do an hour of running outside or on the tread mill one day, on day two try a stair master on super slow for twenty minutes. Don't extend your leg immediately but slowly try to match the extension of your leg with the speed of the machine, then hit the rowing machine for twenty minutes followed by 20 minutes of stretching that includes dynamic,passive and isometric (you should do some stretching every day). Third day try a spinning class. Fourth day hit the bag in three minute rounds with 1 minute off (warning if you don't know how to hit a bag get training first as you can injure your wrists this will impair your training and daily life). Keep switching it up as the body tends to adapt. By switching it up you'll keep it interesting, burn more calories, and get better over all tone.

    For lifting I advice staying away from machines and put most of your effort into multi-joint free weight lifts. Examples: deadlift, straight leg deadlift, sqauts, clean and press, bent over barbell rows, bench presses, chin ups (lat pull down if you can't manage the chin ups yet), dips, push ups etc.

    when I can, I break my training into two separate times a day (99% of the time). I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening. This leaves me fresh for weight training so I'm not half ass. I don't like to do cardio after weight training because your muscles should be recovering and getting glucose and protein. Obviously doing cardio during that time will switch your body's focus.

    I know this really belongs in the training forum - sorry I got carried away.

    Wake up earlier and do cardio 30-45 right when you wake up to boost your metabolism all day and just check your diet

    You do not need anabolic steroids, you need to go for a long time and hit a wall naturally or until you have made a lot of progress. Also, if you are trying to shed body fat then you really don't need steroids. Yes certain ones might help it along but without a diet it's uselesss. Just forget the steroids and go to the diet forums and take it from there. That will be all you need to reach your goal.
