Would this work if you can already feel that knot behind your nipples?

It seems like they can just shoot it into the knot, and it will dissolve the fat. The knots are fatty tissue right?

I suggested that to one of my friends, they wanted 5600 bucks to fix it ( one side ) so he said he was gonna call and see, i havent seen him in about a week, but you can always call a doctor who does lipodisolve im sure they can answer it...I actully sent away for the kit ( i think 10 sesions ) cost about 4 bills, i needed it for fat i cant get rid of on my chest, but you gotta inject yourself like 30 times on each breast, just cant do it..
