    Advice for first time user? - Help required

    I require some assistance from some experienced steroid users. Firstly I have been fitness training of and off for around 15 yeras but only recently started to some more and more time in the gym with the weights. I am looking to use a cycle of steroids with the aim of increasing body mass, muscle - shredding any excess fat and trimming down for summer.

    I have no idea at all where to start - preferably I would also rather use tablets than inject - but this is only a preference.

    I need advice on what I should start with? How long this cycle should last? Any initial side effects?

    If anyone could steer me in the right direction that would be great.

    Stick around and do some research for a while.
    Visit the educational threads section and start reading. I hung about on this board for 6 months researching before jumping into it.

    i personally feel test cyp or enth are a good first cycle what is your diet like ? remember your diet is most important but i agree you may want to wait and research more my first cycle wast enth 500mg wk 12 weeks. do some research you need a good pct its not rocket science but there is a wrong way to do anything i prefer injectibles glutes and shoulders are the easiest for newbies dont rush into it

    doesn't sound like he is ready for a cycle quite yet, but maybe after a few months of research so he understands what he wants to put in his body.

    Thanks for the initial feedback.

    Like I said I have been fitness training for around 10-15 years, on and off. My diet is good, low carbs and high protein - I eat around 5/6 small meals each day and look to increase good quality calories.

    I could do with a good step by step guide of what to start with and to ask for, as currently I am blind to it.

    Welcome bro...like the guys said there are plenty of stickies that will teach you and there is also the profiles forum that tells all about the compounds...
