any time of day ,just try to stay consistant.
yes you taste fina in your throat,sometimes makes you gag,or cough!

Yes the taste is common. I suggest you do fina early because (in me anyway) it causes major insomnia if I do it late in the evening.

Never felt fina in the back of my throat and I've done two fina cycles. Hmmmmm.....??
