Missing a Dose - Test C - What to do?

Currently in 3rd week of Test C cycle at 400mg/week, 200mg every 3.5 days, however, I was out of town and last dose of 200mg was 7 days ago... question is: do I resume at 200mg every 3.5 days or play catch up and go 400mg today?

I did a search and this does not seem to be a huge deal but, nonetheless, I would like to see your opinions on this and whether it would make sense to play catch up or if that would be pointless at this stage.
