    Summer Cycle

    This will be my 5th Cycle technically

    My first was some weak ass Tren this kid made himself to rip me off it was probably like .1 mg a cc (started at 180 got up to 190)

    My second was what I was told was homebrewed Cypionate ... Again I was ripped off

    My Third (and what I consider to be my first actual cycle) was Anadrol , Sust, Deca
    followed by PCT with Clomid and Nolva (Started at 190ish Ended at 225)

    My Fourth was last summer
    1 - 12 Enan 600mg wk
    1 - 9 Fina 50mg ED
    9 - 15 Winny tabs 50mg ED
    followed by PCT with Clomid Nolva, and Liquidex (started at 225 ended at 196)

    My summer cycle was originally going to look like this

    1-16 Aridimex .5 mg eod
    1-20 Proviron ed
    1-15 eq 600mg ew
    1-16 Sust 250 800mg ew
    1-4 Dbol 40mg ed

    followed by PCT with Nolva, and Aridimex

    however my source does not have Proviron or Sustanon , and I'm reconsidering EQ because I don't want to be eating too much over the summer I want to look good when I go to the beach

    So I've decided upon

    1-16 Aridimex .5 mg eod
    1-16 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
    11-16 Winstrol 50 mg ed (injectable this time)
    1-14 Test Cypionate 800mg ew (I know it's a high dose, but I want to be really big this summer)
    1-4 Dbol 40mg ed

    PCT start 18 days after last Cyp injection
    Day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6


    I'm 6'1 205 pounds probably like 16% body fat
    I work out 5 times a week, and my diets pretty good. I do regret not getting my diet together before I juiced, but what's done is done.

    Any suggestions how to make this cycle better?

    sounds good, just eat lower daily cals (3000? or less) and watch the water weight... lots of cardio

    should I stick to a 3000 or less calorie diet starting now or once i'm on my cycle?

    I'm thinking I should, and get as lean as possible before I start

    Then up my calories for the first month to take advantage of the test and dbol
    Then go back down to 3000 calories after that

    What do you think?

    8oo mg/wk of test seems excessive, especially since you havent done much test in the past. Not the real thing anyway
    I would think your body will respond to far less.

    LOL u wanna get big.. but ur REALYING on test... got a wrong turn there bud

    go w/ a nor group if ur really wanting to make gains, for test is a VERY WEAK aas

    I like the looks of the cycle, big for your 2 or 3rd "real", but i like it.

    If you wanna get nice, big and lean, I first recommend lowering the bf% b4 starting, atleast a few points. Get that cardio up and start eating clean cals. I wouldnt drop down to 3000 cals at all in the cyc!, keep em high, BUT keep em clean!
    Second, Find a good dose of an AI for bloat, 0.5 eod might of worked for you in the past, but you may need to play around with it to keep the dbol and test bloat at bay. So be willing to stock up on more than what you have planned.

    I liked the looks of your previous cycle, allowing the EQ to reach its "better grounds." However, without it, maybe tighten this cycle up a lil. IMO test gains start to fade after weeks 8, i would shorten the test to 12 weeks and start the winny week 9 or 10, the wiiny will be a great addition in the latter stages, it will tighten you up.

    You can make some great gains off this cycle, i like it. Just keep firing the coal into your body. The more you eat, the more you grow. Train hard
