    New Guy Needs Some Help

    Hello All. I have read the post on here so please dont tell me to go read them again. I just want advice from people smarter than me. Thank you.

    What would be my best first cycle?
    How long does after you last shot till you can pass a test?
    Is it ok to take a fat burner (ex. hydroxicut) while cycling?
    How does sauna use effect lifting?

    stats are: 215 lbs., 15.4% bf. 20 yrs old. Lifting 4 days, cardio 2-3 days/week.

    Tireman, not busting on you but your questions indicate that you haven't read much really. This site is huge and overwhelming but also overflowing with great information.

    I've read this site for years and if I had a dime for every guy who jumps on here and busts out with virtually those exact questions I'd be rich.

    However, I will toss out a couple bones after telling you honestly that I believe that 20 years old is far to young to be considering a 'cycle'. Your body is producing more than enough 'juice' on it's own at 20. Your impatient ways indicate that you haven't spent enough time on your training or diet... both of which would help you far more than any 'cycle'.

    Your first question is a matter of opinion. Usually what is available will dictate, but assuming you have the world at your fingertips, we would need to know your goals etc. For example, would you like to remain leaner looking therefore stay away from something that would covert to estrogen. Are you afraid of needles and therfore stick to orals or longer lasting oil based stuff etc. etc.

    Your second question can be found on the steroid .com site under detection times.

    Your third question indicates that you want to lose bodyfat leading me more toward my first statement... work out more! But if you have no physical problems with other beta-agonsits than yes you could.

    Your fourth question is comparing apples and oranges. Saunas make you sweat. Sweat is lost water. Losing too much water could cause cramping and if left unchecked even death. SAUNAS DO NOT MELT FAT! My answer... it doesn't.

    I recommend to you (although you will undoubtedly ignore me) take the hydroxycut and workout hard while watching your diet. Hold off on the 'cycle'. You'll be surprised what will happen to your body if you give it a chance.

    Thanks for the advice. I know a lot of the questions a ask have already been answered. But I wanated to ask for my body/goals specifically. Being as this would be my first cycle, I have questions/concerns.

    My goals are to bulk up my upper body and to firm up my stomach (seperate goals I know). I am slacking a little on the diet. But I have been lifting about 2 solid years. No problems with needles.

    Im considered younger I guess, and I just got done my first cycle. And honestly it works as long as you take it correctly. I have seen my boys take it at thhe age of 17 and it works wonders. The things people say here contain great amounts of info, but it's your descion at the end of the day. For what you want to do some test at 500mg a week and a good diet will do exactly what you want it to do

    You really should read the site better but if you want the easy way. I would run a test only cycle for about 10 weeks at around 250-500 mgs a week.i would say you could past a test after the last shot in about 3-4 months and the sauna would be good to get water retention but you will still have to drink water anyway so kinda useless and you can take a fat burner to stack it with no problem with that not like its gonna hurt you and make sure you have your pcts in order before even starting the cycle
