It boils down to your goals....and stats.....
What are your stats? i.e. Age, height, weight, bf%, training exp., cycle exp., diet, goals....

its actually going to be my first cycle. if you dont count superdol, clen and t3.
20 years old.
5'8
190
13-15%bf
been working out for 4 years.. past 2 years religiously
i was 5'8 225.. but clen killed my weight.. and poor diet.. i was trying to cut... and didnt eat enough of the right stuff.... instead i just ate less of everything . i was eating anywhere from 5-8k cals a day.. and then all the sudden i switched to 2-4k a day with clen... lost 26 pounds in the first 2 months.. just wanted to gain some good mass and lean out some.. im considering doing a first comp in november for lackland air force base.
thought i would throw some pics up there.. sorry they're the only ones i could find ....didnt take any with my shirt off.. those were taking october 06.. +35 pounds ago.

oh and diet.. usally when i diet.. its half a cup of oats in the morning with 2 cans of tuna or 5 eggs.. and i usally eat tuna through out the day about 6-10 cans a day.. seperated somewhat equally from one another... i eat 1.5 hours-2 hours before i work out.. 2 slices of wheat bread or .5 cups of oats and 2 cans of tuna or maybe chicken.. and after i work out same thing.. maybe replaec the bread with veggies some times...every now and then on the weekends i'll treat myself to chillis or jonny carinos.. other than that thats basically what i eat

In the pics you appear to have a decent base...but you say that was +35 lbs ago....where do you think you lost most of the weight?
As most (parrots) the community will probably say, you're too young for AAS, but I also see you're considering going competitive...there are alot of BB'ers out there that are your age and use AAS to keep with the competition.
I say with proper diet, you should first try to return to your former weight and in the mean time, continue hard training, a disciplined diet, and soak up as much info on AAS as you can before you decide to take the plunge...
Good luck,

Well the way i got that size was eating massive amounts of food i jumped from 160 to 225 from aug 05 to oct 06 and with a little help from superdrol wich i took in aug of 06. i used to eat everything and anything until the point i was about vomit.. when i would wake up in the middle of the night to use the rest room i would visit the fridge stuff myself...a combination of that and working out everyday until october 06 when i switched to working out 4 times a week instead... monday/friday= legs chest tris tues /thurs=all back and bis... before i used to work every muscle every day.. until i learned that wasnt good... but for some reason i actually like it better that way and i feel it gave me better results .. but 3-4 hours in the gym everyday is time consuming.. given now i picked up another job.-- i usually dont spend more than 2.5 hours in the gym 4 times a week..
-- but thanks for the advice.. i'll just try to put on 10 more pounds or so over the summer and maybe run something in to november that why i can look my best if i decide to compete.. im just starting to go through the process of applying for a npc card and what not.. talking to a friend and hes walking me through it.. says its like 60 bucks or so..
but anyways.. off topic..
thanks for the info i appreciate it

tbol is the safer drug, and preffered by athletes.

the more food u eat in a short time , and keep forcing yourself to eat and eat non stop .
eventally you will gain weight in terms of Fats and water , and not any lean mass .
by the time you put on 20bls of fats and water u want to cut down to ur orginal weight , does it make senses?
