ventrogluteal inject, virgin, how much can one inject?

As the title says, how much can one be able to inject into the ventrogluteal area of the glute?

When it is the first time shooting in this muscle? I'm quite tall, which mean that my muscles are bit longer than most others, but i guess i should be fine anyway.

I'm gonna use a 21g 1½" needle.

Only been able to find an adviced volume for gluteus maximus.

So hope that you can and will be helpfull and answer my questions

and by the way, is the marked spot the right place to shoot (found the picture on the net, and i'm guessing it's male due to the hairs, LOL)

Don't exceed 3ml per large muscle groups and 2 ml in smaller ones.

i know that site, but they only show gluteus maximus, NOT gluteus medius..

Quite honstly never done those injects...Looks a bit closer to bone..but the syringes you have are fine to use.Vigin muscle will be a bit sore cause of first time.But s the fella above me said right now not more than 3 cc's would be fine...

i'm able to flex a muscle which is 1-2cm higher than on the picture, should i try shooting it?

did the inject last night a bit higher than the spot on the foto.

TOTALLY painless, not even sore this morning... Great spot to inject (and i'm doing prop,tren & mast shots, which hurt almost all the time, i'm really amazed)
