Magnesium (at least 450 mg/day - count the Mg 2+ ions, not the total compound weight, good supplements will have this info on the label).
Potassium (daily minimum is 4500 mg - a lot of this comes from food, if you eat a lot of unrefined carbs (brown rice, brown pasta, breads, etc) but its still beneficial to supplement with some).
Zinc (30 mg of Zn ions).
    Selenium
    B complex.
Vit C (I take 3g/day to lower cortisol levels year round, and my immune system has never been stronger).
For the rest a good multivitamin should have you covered, Idd add some liver protectants as mentioned above, and R-ALA at 1 g/day (keeps you insulin sensitive, which is very important IMO for either gaining mass or cutting up), and NAC at 600 mg-1 g/day.

cranberry, milk thistle, B vitamins, hawthorn berry, and a good multi. I have heard that the animal pack to much into one so your body doesnt get all of the stuff it says you do. so stick with a regular vitamin that has one or two pills. GNC is actually a real good multi they are approved by multiple companies and even fda. if you want something cheaper. Multis at a pharmacy are actually pretty decent also. just dont get the kind that is at your regular grocery store, you never know what your getting yourself into. oh and except the flinstone vitamins. they actually are prob the best for you money. You will have to take an adult dosage but they are actually really good vitamins and they taste good. haha

Flush free niacin does help with the cholesterol issue...I also concentrate on making sure I get the right nutrients for joints (gluc/chondr/msm/C, etc.)

I take this one. It has tons o B vitamins and claims that they are slow release so you dont just pee out the excess. They digest in the small intestine(slow process) instead of the stomach(fast process) so they dont go through your system so fast.
