    winny ?

    has anyone had bad water retention with winny? I'm thinkin about throwing some winny in with test that will cause water retention but im wondering if the winny will make it worse. Thanks

    I've been told that winny drys out your joints so you need to take something like test or deca to help keep the joints from being in pain. also i've never heard of water retention with winny.

    winny will harden you up and dry you out not give you water retention.

    im takin test e at 500 mg a week. thats what i thought but someone told me other wise so i thought i would ask.

    The only thing over the counter would be glucosamine joint supplement or fish/flax oils which also improve joint health and flexibility. But realistically speaking these natural supplements take many months to start showing their effects so taking them with a winny cycle is just pointless it wont save your joints.

    For the 2nd time..what are your stats please?

    Age? Height? Weight? bf%? Training experience? Diet? Goals?

    With out this info, it is very difficult for us to give you proper advice, as each individuals' stats vary from one individual to another.

    5'10" 205 lbs, 13% bf, been lifting for about 5-6 years. lookin to get hard. im already takin test e 500.

    your diet will determine how hard and cut you get bro....you can throw winny in but remember without the proper nutrition it wont happen.
