    Help!!

    Alright, im 18, and in need of a serious workout schedule and supplements. I used to wrestle so i know alittle about good routines to go with, but i lost alot of muscle. I wanted to know what would be the fastest, fastest way to gain muscle and just plain out bulk up. Im mainly looking for those big ass pecs and huge arms hah but yea if anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction, i would really appreciate it!

    as stated check out the workout section....and don't be one of those guys that just works his upper body to LOOK good.

    The stronger your foundation (LEGS) the stronger the rest of you will get naturally

    Ha, and im not going to lie, i do want to look big but its not that i just want to bulk up to LOOK big, i realyy want the strength too! I would just like to have my upper body strength for wrestling.
