    California Law on Pins

I live in Northern CA, and was curious if anyone knew in this forum if I could just walk up to a Pharmacist, and ask for Pins? If so what is the best size to get. Is The most acceptable syringe for injecting anabolic steroids a 22 gauge 1 1/2" or 23 gauge 1" apparatus with a 3 cc case? Sorry if this is not the approiate forum. Moderators feel free to move if needed so.

I live in CA and you can not get them in a pharmacy w/o a script. As for size it varies on what your doing, Oil based require a bigger guage then water based ones. I try to go with the smallest gauge I can get away with. When using your gluts I go with 1 1/2" for thighs 1". 3cc syringe is always good. Never want to use more than 3cc and you can always use less. There are plenty of places to get pins on the net. check out ARR

The other poster gave you good info, get your pins from ARR.

However, FYI, technically it is now legal to get syringes in CA. However, this legal change is so new that most pharmacies do not know of it. And often those that know the law changes still choose to only sell with a prescrition.

I walked into several pharmacies and was turned down then went to Walmart and they did sell me the syringes.

If you dont mind me asking what did you ask for? I dont want to look like a idiot when I walk up and ask them for 1". 3cc syringe or should i be more specific? I have seen AAR products. Unfortunatley I dont have a CC or Checking Account. I simply dont trust Banks. I will have to research a website that accepts Money Orders if I am declined on pens.

Thank You for the helpful information. It is appreciated!

it depends where you live. In places like LA, san francisco and others they give you 10 syringes at a time. You have to give them your id though. But it's perfectly legal

I heard that it was legal too but when I tried they turned me down and made me feel like an ass and there was an older guy behind me that gave me a dirty look. I think they made it legal for the drug addicts (IV users) and when you ask for IM (larger gauge, longer pins) they are all confused. The pharmist asked what I needed them for, the only thing I could think of was for B-12 injections. She told me to get the Doc that prescribed me the B-12 to prescrib me needles. After that bad experience I said I'll pay a couple extra bucks and get them online.

Thanks for the information. Sorry to hear about your experience. That's excatly what I want to avoid. I know my temper would get the best of me in that situation.

I live in Cali as well and I usually get my pins from my local animal feed store. Anyplace that sells anything at all for livestock, horses, goats, etc... will usually have pins and syringes in stock. I walk in and talk to the person behind the counter and have never ever had anyone ask why I needed them, even with a short sleeve shirt on lol. They've always had all the sizes I need depending on what cycle I'm on at the time. I've been doing this for years now and never had a problem. Try it out and you'll never have to worry about it again.

Thanks for bringing that up. A few years ago my good friend mentioned that and I forgot. Good advice!
