I need help with my PCT!!! anyone pls!!

27 years old 170lb 5'5" 13%bf 3rd cycle

i need some help setting up my pct...

Cycle:
1-10 tren 100mg eod
1-10 Masteron 100mg eod
1-10 test c 125mg a week

this is what i have for pct
10 2.5mg letro tablets
5000 iu HCG
nolvdex from ar, about half the bottle left (not to sure about the mg, cuz i do not have it on me now)

i don't know if i should use th HCG during the cycle, or at the end, i don't know if i need more letro.... i need help setting it up my pct, anyone?

you should start using the hcg your last week of test, 500iu everyday should be good and use Nolva with that. Also, read PCT by Anthony Roberts its a sticky in the pct forum.... that should answer your question.

he recommends Nolva, Hcg, and Aromasin.

I have never run Tren so cannot comment on personal experience.

Some user's use HCG to maintain tesicular mass/function when "shutdown" occurs, follwed (sometimes) by testicular shrinkage. With 19-Nors, as they cause such rapid "shutdown", this is a wise idea IMHO. Something between 125-250ius every 3-5 days.

I'm a believer in HCG for PCT, some arnt, but its worked for me very well. Anthony's PCT is good, though I try to limit the HCG use to 250-500ius/ED at weekdays, leaving weekends out. My last PCT was HCG/Nolva/Proviron. Worked well, though, next time I'll be using Aromasin too.

I'd suggest a PCT as follows:

wk 1-3 HCG 250-500ius/ED (Weekdays only)
wk 1-4 Nova 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Aromasin 25mg/ED
wk 1-? Proviron 25-50mg/ED (? as it can be used for a further few weeks as a mini bridge, Aromasin can also be used for this purpose)

BW done 5-6 weeks after all PCT compounds have ended.

Vit-E as Anthony says and your usual supplements (Creatine, L-Glutamine, BCAA's etc...)

PCT is more important than a cycle IMHO. Dont cut corners and money. Get the right compounds and run them at their correct dosages (obviously this will range from individual) and do it right.

I'd throw Letro for PCT. It has better uses...

More Nolva

Get some Aromasin.
