What are the doses you are going to run? Is this your first cycle? Do you train hard and eat right now? What are your current stats? How much can you bench now?
i have never taken whinny, im gonna do 400mg of deca, and prolly 50mg of whinny, i train 4 days a week, and i eat 200g of protein a day. I currently weigh 168 and im benchin 380 right now and im at about 10% bf. It is my 3rd cycle. Hope this helps
deca and winny stack really well together, i would add some test though 100mg test prop eod would not hurt.
with deca and winny only you could gain anywhere from 10-15 lbs, depending on your diet (up the protein to 250grams or maybe even 300grams), with the test added another 7-10 lbs could be achieved.

Theres a kid that goes to my gym hes 5'6'' 169lbs. and he just benched 390lbs. hes only 18 years old he broke a record here in the state for his stats. so it is possible cause he dont even look near that strong.

thankz alot bro's no im not sheeyating ya. I was all natural and weighin 145 and maxing out at 315 this april. I have been working with alot of low reps, and heavyweights just to improve my strenght. I think i may have a pinched nerve near my left trap so im taking it a lil bit lighter until it feels better. Neways thankz alot for the compliments fella's that relaly makes me feel like my training and eating right has payed off.
