    HGH to start with?

    Ok, im starting a new post.
    It is evident that tren and deca is not a good idea to start on lmao!
    Now for a guy that yeah, falls short on the "ideal weight" for his height, 6-00 at 165lbs. but in good shape, working out 2-3 x's a wk, cardio 3 x's a wk..... is it still not a good idea to go with HGH? i know it needs to be done for a minimum of 6 mnths, thats not the issue for me, just wondering as i read sooo much positive info on HGH and the way it can remove excess, help cut and define. Put me at 175-180lb and im in heaven. My diet is not bad, it is in the stages of increasing cal. intake ( think i found and a empty spot in my gut for it lmao!) If i were to start HGH, what would be the benifites and the negatives? Im holding off on tren and deca for now.

    If I remember from your las post you were around 20 and wanted to use 3iu/day. that would be fine if you are looking for fat loss and other benefits but as far as muscle gain it will be very minimal. getting to 175-180 just on hgh at that dose will take longer than a good bulk diet. You are young and hgh levels are realy high.

    I re-read your other thread and you are 33. Might effect it a little but that is still a small dose.

    add protein shakes to your diet for a month and see what happens. Muscle Milk tastes the best. 3 a day plus what you already eat morning,post workout, and before bed.

    not to mention you are 165 and 6feet tall......not sure i have to say anything but thats not great man

    why dont you start off reworking your diet.....your gonna need a good one anyhow if you expect to gain off of gear......

    to be clear, you have to eat right to gain no matter if you take steroids or not...

    get it???????

    Ya, 165 is lite for 6 foot, i know this and from what ive been told, my diet isnt bad, just need to tweak and increase my cal intake. My buddy is 6ft and 180, but with my makeup, i look bigger than him due to my low body fat ie. my muscle def is more pronounced. I figure if i can put on 10+, i will be where i want to be.
    I have read alot about HGH. I see its not going to transform me in a mnth. Im also being told to ramp it, over a period of time, say from 2iu's to upwards of 5iu's near the max dose. What benefits would i see with a great diet and just HGH say over the period of the next few mnths

    What would be the typical length of a cycle for deca and or tren? this is info i will use for myself at a later date.

    no you dont get it....steroids arent going to help you
    post your diet and be prepared for some critisism

    ps GH alone is not a great cycle ever esp on a first cyccle

    I use one scoop of Lite Muscle Mile with a Whey Protein. The Whey doesn't taste great by itself, but together, they work well.

    you're not going to gain 20 lbs on HGH alone. It will take a LOT of iu's to synthesize new muscle growth (which HGH is shown to do) and we're talking in the 8-12+ range daily. Much more cost effective to do it with AAS or like people are telling you, diet with lots of protein and heavy lifting.

    HGH with AAS is a good combo, as it will help you retain gains during PCT. I've been on 4iu/day for about 9 months now, and on a second cycle during this time (test/primo/var) - but the HGH isn't whats making me grow.. but it does do good for your mood, waistline (burns fat around the abdomen), and skin, as well as sleep.

    go research the HGH board here, there's lots of people there that can help you or your can learn more...

    I told him in his other post that his diet was not terrible, but there were things that he needed to change to put on more weight. Incorporate the protein shakes as stated above. If you are 6ft you should be able to reach your goal naturally. It may take a little time and effort, but it is definitely obtainable.

    Make sure you are training correctly. IMO 2-3 days a week isn't enough, but many people feel that it is effective, I do not. If you are training and not seeing a difference, then change something.

    All the compounds that you have right now...deca,tren, & HGH...just put them aside and wait to use them.

    Listen to the advice everyone is giving you. We aren't just blowing smoke over here. I have a feeling you are going to try and run the Deca & Tren regardless of the input you are receiving. This is not a good idea, as i've already told you. Do your research.
