So I'll be doing the intermediate bulking cycle from the anabolic reasearch guide Vol. 1. Looks like this

Week 5 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 6 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 7 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 8 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 9 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 10 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 11 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 12 500mg/wk 400mg/wk
Week 13 500mg/wk
So what should I be doing for pct? I was thinking nolvadex but after reading through some of that book I'm thinking I'm not supposed to run nolva when using deca in a cycle. So any advice would be super helpful.
BTW-21y/o, 5'8", 168Ibs, 12%bf
Training 6 days on, 1 day off
7am-protein shake
10am-eggs, oatmeal, and protein bar
1pm-2 cans of tuna or chicken breast and salad
4pm-protein shake or protein bar
7pm-Chicken or steak w/ salad for dinner
10pm-protein shake
12 or 1am-eat a few tablespoons of peanut butter before bed.
