How should test e be taken? Ive heard once a week and twice a week every 3.5 days?

Everyday for optimum levels, however this is way too much for most. 2 times a week is more than fine, usually monday and thursday is usual.

BTW, no offence, but if your asking this question your definitely not ready to cycle...I hope you spend more time doing research before you cycle because all the information is here if your willing to put some time in.

Every 3.5 days like on Monday Morning and Thursday evening keeping the doses even like 250mg each shot for 500mg/week

just be sure what test you have......i have test e 250 but my friend is getting test e 500......if you have 250 then as stated above every 3.5 days is optimal but if you have the 500 you can do 1/2 cc every 3.5 days and it will be the same thing

I hate this. Ever time someone posts a basic question you see this response. Your not ready. So what makes you ready? Did you pass you "I'm ready for gear test"? You don't need to be a rocket scientist to be able to take aas safely. Why what's going to happen that he isn't ready? God know we all hear the horror stories of the guy who didn't taker his steroids properly and is now dead or maimed for life. I can't wait to go read you post of questions. Anything i think is a dumb question I'll lecture you on how if you need to ask you aren't ready.
