    1st cycle wada u think?

    Im 26, 6', 185 about 15%-20% body fat not sure, what do you think of this as my 1st cycle?

    1-10 400mg deca durabolin
    1-12 400mg test e
    1-12 proviron
    1-15 nolvadex
    13-14 hcg
    13-15 clomid

    imo thats a lot of drugs for ur first cycle. i'd just do the test e cycle wit the same dosage but not exceedin 500mg/week. and nolva and clomid for ur pct. save the deca for ur second cycle.

    theres a big difference between 15 & 20% BF.
    With your height and weight I would not cycle until you get down to a LEGIT 15% BF or under.

    Also 400mgs is more than enough for a first run.

    I heard that test e cycle gains are hard to keep though, how much can I expect to gain, and how much can I expect to keep?

    Thats BS parrot talk.

    If anything Deca gains would be harder to keep from the impact nandrolone has on your HPTA.

    The faster your hormones are back in action post PCT the easier it is to hold onto your new required muscle from your cycle.

    Seems like you need to do more research before starting for your own health.

    My body fat is a little higher than normal right now because I just got out of jail, I train in boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling. So Im not worried about bf% It will drop dramatically now that im back to training, I was doing 1000 push ups a day in jail just so I would'nt completly fall off, I still did get weaker though I can tell when I lift but my strength and size is quickly returning, I will probably be around 190 when I start a cycle, and alot leaner.

    Yeah good deal. You should bounce back quick from being out for so long.

    400mgs for 10-12 weeks for a 1st run is plenty. If one can't grow from that there doing major things wrong in training/diet.

    So 400mg for 10-12 weeks of just test e? should I run proviron and nolva all the way through the cycle?
