chew them....its an acquired tatse.

swallow them, no need to chew them. Some people chew all there pills, but I find it pointless. Pills are made for certain time release/disolving rate.

I say chew because "certain" dbols have a hard shelling that may take longer to release, but do what the fuck ever, I know what works for me, and thats it.
