Var is not a direct fat burner,99% of AAS do not burn fat, they can aid.Well done getting down to 18%.I would train another 8 months before thinking of AAS.Using AAS early you can blow your Tendons away using strong AAS.You Could opt for clen+T3 this will get your to your desired BF% if your training and diet are spot on.Could you please post your diet?

Aside from the low protein total as indicated by Goose, this diet is calorically insubstantial for a man of stature.

The keys to weight loss are lifestyle changes including 1) moderate cardio exercise, 2) weight training for increased muscle (which burns fat more efficiently), and 3) a well composed, hearty/substantial diet that slightly reduces your caloric intake. Never swing for the fences with dieting, it'll cause you to strike out (quit). As Goose implied spend some time in the Diet Forum.

Lastly, I noticed your nutrition ends with a 6pm meal.
Don't subscribe to any whack "No eating after a certain time" philosophies. These only serve to further slow the metabolism, making the body less inclined to release stored fat. Eat whenever (night or day) your body requires nutrition, but learn what to eat when.

I would also suggest eating more, possibly getting down a shake before bed and another between 12 and 3, but looks good otherwise just my two cents.
