    What to do??

Okay well everything for my cycle is now on its way to me. There's just one little problem...I tore my ACL this weekend playing rugby. Obviously this has a MIIIINOR effect on my leg workouts. So do I hold on to the stuff until I have been able to recover? Or go ahead and run the stuff minus the leg workouts?

I would hold off. You won't be able to do any cardio or legs. You also might be able to use it after you recover to get stronger.

inject directly into your acl. That will make it heal faster.

I'm only joking. I would wait.

Okay well found out for sure today....tore the ACL COMPLETELY. Looking at 3-4 months rehab and a year before I'm back up to 100%. Do you guys think taking it after the surgery would help to spare some atrophy? Or would it be better to take it after rehab to help build it back up???

I know exactly what your going through. I was 3.5 weeks into my cycle and got into a motorcycle accident and got a Weber C fracture in my ankle, 5 hour surgery and 6 months on crutches, it SUCKED! but I would not use gear while recovering from the surgery the only thing you can do is rest. If you're like me, that is not what you want to hear. Gear will not help your legiment heal faster and you'll be sitting around or worse trying to work out too soon and make it worse. Listen to your doc and save your stuff for when you can use it and maximize it. GL and keep us posted!
