i dont really know anything about steroids but i have sustanon 250 and winny 100 i want to know what else to take with this and how to take it. and also what to take after the cylce..... i basically need to know everything on how to take it...


i am 23 5'11 212 pounds about 14% body fat

i got them for a job i did and i dont know what pct is.....

just hold off on using them for awhile, and stay on here and reasearch a lot and get check out the diet forum and get a good diet going first

PCT is the MOST important part of any cycle if you want to recover your natural test and keep any gains you made during the cycle.

Hang on to the stuff, keep it in a cool dark place and don't jump into this without knowing all risks involved. you only get one body.

Take a few months to research here and learn as much as you can first. Make sure this is something you really want to do, there is no turning back once you start.
Make sure above all that you understand PCT and have PCT compounds BEFORE you ever start with AAS.........
