Sust Not Working!!!
I've been taking sustanon 250 for 4 weeks now at 500 mg a week. i shoot 250 on tuesday and thursday. Also have been busting my ass in the gym and havent seen one improvment yet. im very frustrated i eat about 4,000 calories a day and eat 250 grams of protien.any reasons why? thanks

because it fake.
I have been taking 500 mg of test E and I am in my 3nd week and it going CRAZY!!!!!

even if the roids are fake u should still see growth from busting ur ass and eating like that. unless your a really big guy already and 4k is nothing for you....hows ur rest/sleep?? whats your work out split like??

Take your Sust every 3.5 days.
IE
Tues Morning Friday evening
That's not why you aren't growing, but that would be the optimal weekly spread for stable blood levels. . . .if its real.

some organon egypt nile sust is under dosed. you can't even draw 1ml per vile, eventhou it says 1ml on the vile. I could only draw .8ml

according to this site the best anabolic work out is training every body part one every 7-8 days ( i cant even say i do this my self i like grouping Body parts ) so you would do a 1 day one 1 day off.....this is only good if you do each set till failure and completely fatigue the muscle.....if you wanna read up more about it go to the main page and on the left click "anabolic workout"

And remember that 4k calories should be from food, not just protein powder or weight gainers, etc...
One of my friend's was only eating about 1800-2000 cals from real food and then taking a shitload of protein powder and MRPs to get up to 4500 cals and didn't gain much off test/deca for the first 7 weeks he cycled. He switched to stuffing his face with chicken breasts all day instead of shakes and gained 17lbs in the last 3-4 weeks of his cycle!! Just a thought, not sure what your diet looks like.

i took fake gear from mexico one time
it made me feel dirty
BUT !!!! It motivated me to go to the gym naturally and i gained some pretty good mass
that and of course i drank protein shakes 24/7 for like 2months straight!! breakfast, lunch and dinner!! nothing but shakes shakes shakes and gym gym gym
gained 27lbs from 172 and i was loving it!!
but now im ready for the real thing

I took sust and saw absolutely nothing until week 6 give it a few more weeks most guys don't see any changes until week 6-7 but also don't expect to look like the hulk on sust

30mg of prop 2x a week would hardly make a difference, esp with ester included

it took about 7 weeks before i felt the effects of sus. Strength then kicked in like crazy. give it a chance.

Test E, Cyp, Sust always takes about 6 or 7 weeks for me, need to frontload first, its like watching the kettle boil waiting that long.
Booz, didnt know you was an Iron, takes me back to the eighties does that badge, when it was fun.........

i'm on sus 250 as well, in my 3rd week and through proper diet and training i'm growing like crazy, I gained 12 pounds of muscle in the first 2 and a half weeks . You'll know its working, I see side effects such as feeling horny all the time, ass hurts after shots, etc.
Then again, all I do is eat (chicken, eggs, oatmeal, turkey sandwiches on wheat bread, almonds, peanut butter, salad, sushi, kashi cereal, tuna, protein shakes) and work out.

i love sust its the back bone to everyone of my cycles i can do 250mg a week and gain 20lbs of lean mass this is my first cycle right now where im experimenting with 500 mg a week with some primo im in week four and its kicking my ass and yes the org-n-n ones are def underdosed
